CATS™ Framework in detail

In2IT has gone to great lengths to understand its customers’ infrastructure, their business & process needs, and has developed a Technical reference & Governance model that organizations can relate to and build upon.
CATS™ tooling architecture integrates multiple tools into a unified console to deliver true business value while retaining the functional modularity of each tool.
IT Infrastructure & Cloud Discovery
Discovery enables to create an accurate, up‑to‑date, single system of record for IT infrastructure, both on‑premises and in public clouds. It helps to define IP‑enabled configuration items (CIs), maps their interdependencies, and populates and maintains them in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). CATS™ framework enables OOB integration with many industry specific discovery and application dependency mapping products. Discovery helps ensure the accuracy of the CI data across your enterprise. It’s also a foundational ingredient in our solution for eliminating service outages or for impact analysis.
Element Manager layer
This layer collects the fault and performance data from various infrastructure elements such as servers, storage/backup, databases and middleware applications. All The raw events are then forwarded to event Aggregation & Correlation engine.
Event Aggregation & Correlation engine
All the events data collected from the element monitoring tools will be integrated in the Manager of Mangers layer for root-cause-analysis and event consolidation to give an enterprise view of the IT events. Which intern help us to reduce false positives and helps engineers to work on the root cause of the problem. Qualified Events will be passed to the Service management layer in the form of auto generated incident tickets, and are then tracked as such.
Event Automation
This Automation layer helps customers to define, build, orchestrate, and manage standard operating procedures. This knowledge base is built up over time and the collaboration is fostered between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and operational staff. This is a controlled set of automated and manual steps that support system and network operational processes. We trigger and orchestrate all types of infrastructure elements, like applications, network components, or servers depending upon qualification of events.
Virtual Assistant [CHATBOT]
This Layer integrates with various customer interfaces, such as web, Messenger (e.g., Dashboard), Enterprise Applications [SharePoint], WhatsApp, etc., and provides an interactive user interface powered by rules and artificial intelligence that makes it easy for your audience to converse with the services offered.
ITSM Layer
Enables all the ITIL-defined processes like: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Asset Management, Service Level Management and the underlying core CMDB.
Automation and Service Orchestration
Is an approach to developing enterprise systems by loosely coupling interoperable services – small units of software that perform discrete tasks when called upon – from separate systems across different business domains. This helps and reduces the provisioning time of any service deployment.
Integrated Command Center
Is a unified Infrastructure & Application support team who monitors Enterprise IT landscape and provides availability of business transactions. This is achieved via integrated monitoring of the following: – Infrastructure, Application and business transactions.
Unified Dashboard
The unified IT dashboard provides integrated views that collect and communicate key data clearly. It monitors, measures, and manages IT services and performance, helping executives and managers make informed decisions that support the strategic objectives of IT organizations. CATS™ Dashboard provides the high-level views and reporting that IT management wants, while also offering the day-to-day and deep dive tools that IT administrators need to monitor performance, availability, and capacity across all platforms, environments, servers, networks, applications, and business services. Reacting to problems proactively.
